Finance Management

Main tasks:

  • Provide financial support to the business through advise and timely accurate reporting (ensure daily, weekly, monthly reporting standards are met and delivered on time);

  • Manage and perform treasury activities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient management of cash (monitoring bank account and performing transactions, tax payments, payroll, bank reconciliation; exchange agreements);

  • Preparing budgets and providing Actual vs. Budget analysis and reports;

  • Maintance of accouting records (accounting payables and receivables, issuance of invoices);

  • Liaise with external parties including but not limited to accountants, customers, vendors, banks, lawyers, etc.

  • Among other tasks applicable to the Finance Department of your company.
