Human Resources (Generalist)

Main tasks:

  • Management of all processes and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and ensure that they are delivered on time;

  • Act as the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for labor union and employment related matters, ensuring that all issues are properly identified, investigated and resolved appropriately ensuring integrity, compliance and confidentiality;

  • Support people and employees´s managers on day-to-day management of HR topics;

  • Liase with outsourced accounting company and internal Finance & Accounting team to manage payroll process;

  • Develop and lead cultural initiatives, organizing company events, identifying opportunities for recognition, and creating programs that drive engagement and wellness in alignment with the organizational values and mission;

  • Create and implementing policies, procedures and supportive resources aligned with local legislation and best practices;

  • Among other tasks applicable to the Human Resources Department of your company.
